1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on tbatee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in full. This Agreement is effective immediately upon your first access to the Platform and continues until your account is closed or terminated.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available at tbatee.app/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any published change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on tbatee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the tbatee Platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee or contractor of tbatee or its affiliated service providers.
• You hold only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and the payment method you intend to use. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any detail changes. tbatee reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — at any time and to suspend account access pending successful verification.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbatee account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised those actions. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. tbatee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

tbatee supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Nexus Pay), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time — deposits: Instant to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Processing time — withdrawals: Typically within 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods; up to 24 hours for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement.
• tbatee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

tbatee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of ownership of the payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if account verification is incomplete, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if the transaction triggers an anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering review.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your casino balance. In exceptional circumstances, you may contact support to discuss the matter, but tbatee does not guarantee the return of deposited funds once they have been used in wagering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, tbatee offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above with a fully verified account.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be requested, unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets contribute 50%. Specific game exclusions may apply and will be listed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• tbatee reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings generated from that bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse a promotion, exploit a technical error, or engage in bonus manipulation.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from accounts automatically.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on tbatee — whether on sports events, live casino tables, slot machines, or crash games — are governed by the following general rules:

• A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the tbatee system and a reference number has been issued. Bets accepted in error due to a system fault may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
• In the event of a live sports event being suspended, postponed, or abandoned, tbatee's settlement rules for that specific market apply. Players should review the sports betting rules section of the Platform for full details.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the binding odds for that wager. Subsequent odds changes do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• tbatee may impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, or restrict bet types on specific markets, players, or accounts at its sole discretion. These limits will be communicated within the Platform interface where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit errors in odds, pricing, or game logic constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets and may result in account suspension.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on tbatee is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the tbatee Platform, engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using fictitious identities.
• Colluding with other players or with any tbatee employee to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent taking bets on behalf of others.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the tbatee system or infrastructure.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, offensive, or harassing content through any communication channel operated by tbatee.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds held in the account, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

8 Responsible Gaming

tbatee is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tbatee Platform — including but not limited to the tbatee brand name and logo, game graphics, software, user interface designs, written content, icons, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbatee or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any tbatee content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of tbatee intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbatee and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, network outages, or regulatory action).
• Any loss arising from a delay in the processing of deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any odds, statistics, or live data provided through the sports betting interface.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tbatee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your account at the time the claim arose.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

tbatee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment disputes initiated against tbatee.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormancy policy applies; see below).

Upon account closure or termination, any real-money funds remaining in your account balance — subject to the deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations and any amounts under fraud investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon termination.

Dormancy policy: If your account has been inactive (no logins, no deposits, no bets) for 12 consecutive months, a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 may be deducted from your remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin to apply.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the tbatee Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles and is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. In the event of a dispute between you and tbatee, you are encouraged to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. tbatee's decision on matters of game outcome, settlement, and account status shall be treated as final where the decision has been made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
